Welcome! These Terms & Conditions outline the general policies of Weddings By Jermaine for potential wedding photography clients. By booking with us, you agree to these terms, designed to ensure clarity and a smooth experience for everyone involved.
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event.
If you need to change your wedding date, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date. If Jermaine is available, your deposit will be transferred over and deducted from your new balance.
Wedding packages include travel within 30 miles of Leicester (UK). For locations beyond this, travel is charged at £0.75 per mile (round trip).
Standard coverage begins at 2 hours, with additional options for 5 or 10 hours. You can also extend coverage on the day at a rate of £100 per additional hour, subject to availability.
A second photographer can be added for an additional £250, with advance notice.
Final edited images are delivered digitally via a secure online gallery. Delivery times vary by package:
2-hour package: approx. 2 weeks
5-hour package: approx. 3 weeks
10-hour package: approx. 4–6 weeks
If the gallery is down or inaccessible for any reason, a backup set of high-resolution images will be sent via email or an alternative transfer method (e.g., WeTransfer or Google Drive).
Clients are welcome to use a printing vendor of their choice or request outsourced prints via a third-party supplier (additional charges apply).
Weddings By Jermaine retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a print release for personal use only — this allows you to print and share your photos with family and friends.
Images may not be used for commercial purposes unless a separate copyright release is purchased.
We reserve the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional use. If you prefer your images not be used in this way, please let us know in writing.
Images will be professionally edited in Jermaine’s signature style. RAW (unedited) files are not provided. Please review Jermaine’s portfolio to ensure our editing style suits your preferences.
It is the client’s responsibility to:
Communicate the event schedule and any key moments they want captured
Obtain necessary permissions for photography at venues
Provide a meal if coverage exceeds 6 hours
Ensure guests are aware of and respect the photographer’s presence and space
All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel and do not reschedule, the deposit will be retained.
If you postpone and Jermaine is available on the new date, the deposit will transfer. If Jermaine is not available, the deposit remains non-refundable.
In the rare case of illness, emergency, or equipment failure, Weddings By Jermaine will make all reasonable efforts to find a qualified replacement. If no suitable alternative is available, liability is limited to the return of any payments received.
