Do you include travel in your packages?
Yes! Travel within 30 miles round-trip of Leicester is included in all packages. This allows me to cover your wedding day without adding extra costs for nearby venues.
What if my wedding venue is further than 30 miles?
For venues beyond 30 miles, I charge £0.45 per mile, round-trip. This ensures I can cover fuel and travel time fairly, while still giving you high-quality coverage.
Do I need to provide accommodation for long-distance weddings?
Yes, for weddings that require overnight stays or very long distances, I ask that accommodation and meals are provided or added to the invoice. This helps me stay fresh and focused for your big day.
Do you cover multiple locations on the wedding day?
Absolutely! I can cover both bride and groom prep, the ceremony, and the reception. Travel time between locations is included within the 30-mile radius. For locations beyond that, additional mileage charges apply.
Can I negotiate travel costs?
Travel fees are standard to cover fuel and time, so I keep them transparent and consistent. This ensures fairness for all clients while maintaining professional service.
Where are you based, and do you travel for weddings?
I'm based in Leicester, UK, and I’m happy to travel—whether it’s across the country or across the world. For destination weddings, travel, accommodation, and meals will need to be covered by the client. I’ll work with you to make the logistics simple and seamless so you can focus on your big day.
Do you offer engagement sessions or family shoots separately?
Yes, absolutely! I offer both engagement and family sessions as standalone bookings. Just get in touch to discuss your needs, and I’ll provide a personalised quote based on location, travel, and the number of hours you need.
What’s your turnaround time for receiving the photos?
Turnaround time depends on the package you choose.
I take great care in editing each image to make sure every photo is its absolute best—quality over speed is always my priority.
How do you deliver the final images?
Your final images are delivered digitally via a private, password-protected online gallery, and I’ll also email you the link directly. If you’d like something more personal, I offer an optional USB in a beautifully presented keepsake box for £45.
Do you offer albums or prints, or just digital files?
All packages come with high-resolution digital files, but I can also arrange albums, prints, and other keepsakes upon request. That said, you're welcome to use your own preferred print vendor if you’d like—it may be more cost-effective for you. I'm happy to guide you either way.
What happens if it rains or the weather changes last minute?
Weather can be unpredictable, but it doesn’t have to ruin your photos. I always come prepared with backup plans—whether that's finding covered locations, using clear umbrellas, or embracing the weather for some beautifully atmospheric shots. If your session allows for flexibility (like an engagement or family shoot), we can also reschedule depending on availability.
Can we see a full wedding gallery before booking?
I respect the privacy of my clients, so I don’t share full galleries without their consent. However, I have plenty of images on display on my website for you to review and get a feel for my style. Just as I wouldn’t share your images without your approval, I ensure the same privacy for all my clients. That being said, I do share select images on my social media for the purpose of showcasing my work and advertising.
Who owns the images?
As the photographer, I hold the copyright to all images created during your session or wedding. This means I retain the rights to use the images for promotional purposes, including on my website and social media. However, you’ll receive a personal license to use your photos for non-commercial purposes—such as printing for your own use or sharing online. If you’re interested in obtaining full rights or using the images for commercial purposes, please let me know, and we can discuss additional licensing options.

Is my deposit refundable if I change my mind or need to cancel?
Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and hold your date. This allows me to dedicate time and resources to preparing for your special day. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please get in touch as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you based on availability.
